On January 25th, the SCCPQ (Society of Chefs and Pastry chefs of Quebec) has honoured one of his members with his annual award.
This year their choice has been settled on chef and owner of Restaurant Carte Blanche, André Loiseau.
After 25 years dedicated to the cooking business, André Loiseau dedicates this award to his family but also to all of those who were by his side all along such as his suppliers, his team and mostly his clientele.In may, André will defend the honor of Montreal in a grand finale.
