SCCPQ

The chef André Loiseau is an active member of the Society of Chefs, Cooks and Patry Chefs of Quebec. He regularly takes part in events organised by the SCCPQ such as the annual Beer and Flavour Fest of Chambly, where he introduces some of his recipies.

Design

Carte Blanche is not only renowned for its excellent food, but also for its high fashion design.

Soon after its opening in 2006, Carte Blanche was nominated as finalist of the Creativity Montreal contest, which rewards the best commercial designs of the year.

Since then, the restaurant has welcome numerous shootings for interviews or TV series such as the new 2008 spring episodes of "Tout sur moi" or 2009 episodes of "Destinées".
